This is a remote Reiki Energy Healing session - available worldwide. Reiki helps to restore a sense of calm and clarity in your mind and body for your overall wellbeing, especially if you have been going through a hard time emotionally and/or physically.
This gentle yet powerful healing session includes a full body scan, chakra balancing, full body Reiki energy healing and energetic aura cleansing to heal and release emotional and physical blockages all in the comfort of your own home. Followed up with an in-depth email report of what came up during the session, what needs clearing in your energy field and the best way to support yourself in these areas moving forward to improve your overall wellbeing.
Reiki energy healing works to gently cleanse and rebalance your chakras (energy centres in the body), treating the whole person - the body, emotions, mind and spirit. A session helps to create an overall state of wellbeing by promoting relaxation, reducing stress, anxiety & depression, and easing emotional, mental or physical discomforts.
When there is an imbalance in your energy, it can manifest in all kinds of issues - physically, emotionally and spiritually. These imbalances can occur because of everyday stresses, grief, burnout, trauma, negative thinking, unhealthy habits and diet etc.
During a healing session, potent Reiki energy will be guided through the body to release stress, stuck trauma, negative and stagnant energy blockages and anything else that is no longer serving you, in order to raise your energetic vibration and bring you a deep sense of relaxation and feelings of peace, security, mental clarity & renewal.
This session will take 30-45 minutes and be done from a distance at a specific day / time that we'll arrange together. I will send you a follow up report after the session to let you know what came up during it, and any guidance for you going forward.
Special offer price of £20, my 1:1 Reiki sessions are usually £45.
