This session is a gentle combination of an energy reading and distance Reiki healing.
Here’s what it involves:
1. Energy & Chakra Scan: I’ll tune into your energy to see where it may feel blocked, heavy, or overactive emotionally, mentally, or energetically. From this, you’ll receive a feedback report, explaining:
• Which chakras are most affected
• What the block is connected to (stress, emotional holding, overthinking, etc.)
• How it may show up in your daily life
2. 15 Minute Distance Reiki: Reiki is a calming, non-invasive energy that supports relaxation, emotional balance, and energetic flow. During the Reiki, I focus on:
• Gently clearing stagnant or blocked energy
• Supporting your nervous system to settle
• Restoring energetic flow and balance
You don’t need to do anything during the Reiki you can rest, sit quietly, or continue with your day. Some people feel warmth, tingling, calm, or emotional release, while others notice shifts afterward.
Important: Before the reading, I’ll need a profile photo of you. This helps me connect energetically for the reading and Reiki session.
After the session, you may notice:
• A sense of calm or clarity
• Emotional lightness
• Improved rest or energy levels
• Greater awareness of what your body needs
